Introduction of Industry Filter
Industry Filter consist of rods and warp. The rod has three type wires, namely round wire, triangular wire or trapezoid wire. The warp is triangular wire (V-shaped wire). Industry Filter have many advantages including robust structure, large open area, accurate slot dimension, heat-resisting, anti-corrosive, good machine capability,long service life, safety and reliability and so on. It can be used in many kinds of medium filtering.
Construction of Industry Filter
Rods spaced evenly around the circumference support the screen and prevent the screen from deformation.
V-shaped wire produces self-cleaning action and non-clogging performance. The slot width on surface is increasing towards the internal side of the screen. This slot geometry is called keystone slot which has the ability of anti-plugging.
Precise slot width should be designed to satisfy operation requirements. Usually, the slot width is two times the size of the formation sand.
End fittings can be customized to secure the screen body.

Industry Filter are usually fabricated by stainless steel 304-316L, low carbon galvanized steel, also to be satisfied with the application environment required,

Industry Filter can be manufactured into diverse slot widths and configurations depend on applications. Slot widths come in diverse sizes from 0.02mm (20 microns) to 10mm.
Industry Filter can be manufactured. Length, width, spacing of profile wire can be engineered to meet required service conditions.
